A new leader is bringing a military-caliber of excellence to PROSOCO’s production operations.
Justin Lindsten, an experienced lean manufacturing manager, has joined the PROSOCO staff in a new role where he will optimize production operations across all lines of business at PROSOCO – masonry cleaning and protection, concrete flooring, building envelope products, and masonry anchors.
An alumnus of Kansas State University, Justin received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Production, Operation, and Supply Chain Management and a Master of Business Administration.
His military background includes 6 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate. This experience instilled in Justin a vigor for quality and continuous process improvement. Justin previously served in similar roles with Parker Hannifin, Iowa Lakes Regional Water, and Liberty Diversified International.
