New York City native Natalie Daleney has joined PROSOCO’s growing sales network as a Technical Specialist for the company’s R-Guard products for building envelopes.

An 18-year veteran in the construction industry, Daleney previously worked in distribution sales of building products, and, most recently, she was in charge of creating a new building envelope sector from the ground up for a national distributor. Though she loved working in sales in this sector, she says she’s excited to move to the manufacturing side.

“I was born and raised in Queens,” Daleney says. “I’ve been in construction for 18 years, and I love New York. I love construction. So, this is a great opportunity to stay in the industry. It’s a good blend of technical knowledge and intelligence with the personalities of New York.”

Daleney will provide technical support on projects in all five boroughs of New York City – Staten Island, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan and Brooklyn.

According to Dave Pennington, leader of PROSOCO’s R-Guard business unit, Daleney is a perfect fit for the role and location.

“Natalie not only possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry, but she also brings a vibrant energy to every interaction, every relationship and every project she’s on. Natalie has hit the ground running in New York and is already bringing huge value to R-Guard projects in this important market for PROSOCO.”

An avid traveler, Daleney has visited four out of seven continents and wants to see all seven before retirement.
