Five new hires bolster PROSOCO’s growing sales organization

PROSOCO continues to grow its nationwide sales organization with the addition of five sales staff members this summer.

In a new role, Rey Esteban serves as an Area Sales Manager for the U.S. East Coast and eastern Canada. A seasoned sales professional with 31 years of experience in building materials and engineered products, Esteban’s coverage includes New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

Esteban previously worked for Dayton Superior, where his team focused on concrete accessories, chemicals and concrete forming products for non-residential construction. He also spent time at Stanley Black & Decker, CETCO, Skyline Steel-Nucor, Contech Engineered Products and Hilti. Over his career, he has managed several high-profile projects such as the Governor Mario Cuomo Bridge, Pavilion at University of Pennsylvania, and the NASA Smithsonian Museum.

Based in Allentown, Pa., Esteban is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and a Construction Document Technologist at CSI. In addition to his involvement with Construction Specification Institute, Esteban has also been involved in such professional organizations as the Tilt-Up Concrete Association, Sealant Engineering and Associated Lines, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Alex Bergeron is the new Regional Sales Manager covering Northern California, Nevada (except Clark County), Hawaii, and U.S. territories of Guam and Northern Mariana Islands. Most recently in outside sales with W.R. Meadows, Bergeron started his career in construction in college working for a small roofing company. He worked his way up to superintendent and sales in 5 years before going into roofing distributor sales. Based out of Felton, Calif., Bergeron can be reached at alex.bergeron@prosoco.com.

 

Rod Pierce is the new Regional Sales Manager supporting customers in the Pacific Northwest, including Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. While in college, Pierce’s passion for building better led him to a job in construction and later in a sales role for a manufacturer.
