Why Tim Manning exclusively uses PROSOCO

It was a pleasure to get an email recently from a customer named Tim Manning, a residential repair and restoration professional in Tennessee.

Tim, who's more commonly known as "Tennessee Tim," sent us some photos and videos showing water beads on a variety of vertical and horizontal surfaces that he treated with PROSOCO water repellents. He says he swears by our water repellents. But that wasn't always the case.

He wrote: "We did a job seven years ago with a competitor's product the supply house had recommended. Unfortunately, it cost me a lot of money and labor in the end. It took 5 coats to what 1 coat of PROSOCO normally takes. Since then, only PROSOCO is used on my projects!"

As a self-employed construction business for 42 years, Tim is proud of the return customers he's gained over the years who are willing to wait for up to 2 years for his services due to his craftsmanship and knowledge.

The phrase Tim hates the most is, "This is what everybody else uses or does." His reply is usually, "Well I'm not everybody else and that is probably why I'm redoing their job!"
