PROSOCO Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
  • To qualify, items must be unopened and in their original packaging

Exchanges

  • PROSOCO does not permit exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Arrangements

  • If you still have the original PROSOCO shipping package, we will arrange a FedEx call tag to pick up the return at no cost to you.
  • If the original packaging is unavailable, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and affix.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Damaged on Arrival

Never Received

  • If your package does not arrive, please email onlineorder@prosoco.com right away. We will either resend your order or issue a refund, per your preference.
