Returns are accepted 30 days from ordering, in unopened and original packaging. We do not allow exchanges. We will issue a call tag from Fedex, as long as you still have the original package. It not, a shipping label will be provided to you.
You can use the tracking number provided in your shipped confirmation email. If you created an account, the tracking number will also be provided there.
