PROSOCO’s Targeted Interior Air Seal (TIAS) stops air leakage where it most commonly occurs on the inside of the wall. A water-based, elastomeric air sealant, it seals the critical connections that contribute to air leakage in new and existing construction. In wood or steel frame construction, install Targeted Interior Air Seal after the exterior sheathing is installed, and before the interior drywall or paneling is installed.
TIAS seals critical building envelope connections quickly from the inside of a structure to achieve the same performance and continuity of air control expected from an exterior air-sealing application. Designed for negative-side air control strategies, TIAS works on new and existing construction.
TIAS penetrates deeply and seals gaps in construction that can compromise building performance and durability. TIAS maintains its air-sealing function long after interior spaces are conditioned and occupied.

Airless Sprayer
Commercial sprayers like the Titan Impact 840, GRACO Ultra Max 795 or similar equipment are great for sealing large areas quickly.
Bulk Caulk Gun
A 20-30 oz bulk caulking gun makes sealing fast and easy. Cleans up effortlessly with water.
Airless sprayer with a caulk-tip
A caulk-tip on medium sized sprayers like the Graco 395 make quick work of air-sealing projects. Even small backpack or belt-and-holster style sprayer, like the Graco Ultra Quick Shot, when equipped with a caulk-tip can be used for smaller volumes.
