To provide overall support to PROSOCO to help others succeed, including development and deployment of an overall training and development strategy to support internal teams as well as external partners.
In addition to traditional functions, work closely with all Business Unit Leaders on various cross-functional projects. Responsibilities may span across internal strategy, recruiting, legal and regulatory, coaching and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and community involvement.

Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications. Recent hands-on experience and knowledge of learning management systems and content authoring software.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or related field. At least eight (8) years of previous adult learning experience.
